These photos are a record of the transition from a Garden used by fly-tippers, drug-takers and drinkers to a beautiful peaceful resting place in the middle of a residential, retail and business area of Cheltenham. The Gardens are now a fitting memorial to their namesake, Dr Edward Jenner, the discoverer of the smallpox vaccination. The works were completed in 2009.
